Restriction of Participation

This call is subject to participation restrictions for the protection of European digital infrastructures, communication and information systems, and related supply chains, as described in Annex 4 to the Multiannual Work Programme 2023-2027 (General Annexes). In order to assess eligibility, participants must fill in the Ownership Control Declarations (OCD), that contain the declaration of ownership control for each of the members of the Consortium, although note that this step is optional for the PO Phase. As standard procedure, all the OCDs from all consortium members should be merged into a single PDF file and uploaded with the project proposal in the portal. However, in case the OCD contains sensitive data, the forms can be submitted by individual participants using this form .
