This year, the conference is focusing on the radical transformations that are redefining what is possible, specifically pushing high-performance generative models directly onto devices for real-time, on device content creation and reasoning; bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds with sensor- driven intelligence that perceives and interacts with its environment; powering robots, drones and autonomous machines with onboard intelligence, enabling them to learn, adapt, and act without relying on the cloud, and moving beyond simple inference to autonomous, goal-oriented agentic edge AI systems that can make complex decisions and execute tasks independently at the edge.

The EEAI is the key meeting place for anyone passionate about the future of edge AI, including researchers, industry practitioners and engineers, data scientists, PhD/Master students, postdocs, technology leaders and innovators to address advances in the state of the art and practice of edge AI technologies and applications, and define the future of edge AI research and innovation. The EEAI’s mission is to bridge the gap between groundbreaking research and real-world industrial deployment, fostering innovation and aunified community of pioneers. The three-day program is packed with insightful keynote speeches, expert- led presentations, and dynamic parallel sessions. Dedicated tracks will focus on edge AI research and development, application implementation, and industrial deployment, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience for all attendees.

Co-organised by the beneficiaries of several leading European initiatives such as large-scale Chips JU EdgeAI project, the Horizon Europe network of excellence dAIEDGE in cooperation with other projects, including CLEVER, REBECCA, TRISTAN, NEUROKIT2E, LoLiPoP IoT, SMARTY, dAIEDGE, and SMARTEDGE. The EEAI 2026 conference provides a unified platform to exchange knowledge, share ideas, and build a community of pioneers.
